USBCHA NURSERY CLASS (MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 DOGS ........................................ $ 12.00

NOTE:  Entries are accepted at any time, however to receive State Fair of Virginia gate pass(es) entries must be postmarked by September 20, 2012!  Entry form also available at www.statefairva.org

By entering the Statefair Sheepdog Trial, I understand I am responsible for any cost incurred as the result of damages caused by me or my family or any of my dogs to other animals, facilities or persons, and that in the event of a personal injury, damage to my property or animals, I will not hold the Virginia State Fairgrounds, their agents or representatives and owner responsible! Anyone participating in any competition at the state Fair of Va. consents to the use of the Fair's photographic image of them or their exhibit, by the State Fair of Va., it's parent, agents, licensees, and assigns for any and all purposes, including without limitation television, theater, exhibition, website, publication and any trade of advertising purposes.  Exhibitor understands there will be no remuneration for the use of such image.
